1. yol: cihazınızdaki her şeyi silin
Bunun için bize ihtiyacınız yok, hesap da gerekmiyor.
- Uygulamayı açın → Ayarlar → Tüm Verileri Sil. Telefonda saklanan bütün projeleri, kayıtlı hesapları, müşteri kayıtlarını ve kütük defterlerini siler.
- Ya da uygulamayı kaldırın. Android ve iOS, uygulamanın yerel veritabanını onunla birlikte siler.
2. yol: hesabınızı ve buluttaki her şeyi silin
Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız verinizin bir kısmı Firebase projemizde de duruyor. Hepsinin silinmesi için:
- Giriş yaptığınız e-posta adresinden muratcopist@gmail.com adresine yazın.
- Konu satırına "hesap silme" yazın. Gerekçe belirtmeniz gerekmez.
Giriş yaptığınız adresten göndermeniz, talebin size ait olduğunu doğrulama yöntemimiz. O adrese artık erişemiyorsanız yine de yazın, sizi başka bir yolla doğrularız.

İşlem bitince e-postayla teyit ederiz. Hesabın silinmesi satın almayı iade etmez; iadeleri Google Play yürütür.
Hesabın silinmesi telefonunuzdaki kopyayı silmez. İkisinin de gitmesini istiyorsanız 1. yolu da uygulayın.

Delete your data
Option 1: delete everything on your device
You do not need us for this, and it does not require an account.
- Open the app → Settings → Delete All Data. This erases every project, saved calculation, customer record and log book stored on the phone.
- Or uninstall the app. Android and iOS remove the local database with it.
Option 2: delete your account and everything in the cloud
If you signed in with Google or Apple, some of your data is also stored in our Firebase project. To have all of it erased:
- Send an email to muratcopist@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.
- Put "account deletion" in the subject line. You do not need to explain why.
Sending it from the signed-in address is how we confirm the request is really yours. If you no longer have access to that address, write anyway and we will find another way to verify you.
What gets deleted

We confirm by email once it is done. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase; refunds are handled by Google Play.
Deleting the account does not delete the copy on your phone. If you want both gone, do Option 1 as well.
