Kullanım Koşulları
Gerisini atlasanız da bu kısmı okuyun. Carpenza bir hesaplama yardımcısıdır, mühendislik otoritesi değildir. Malzeme kesmeden, fiyat vermeden veya yük taşıyan bir şey inşa etmeden önce her sonucu doğrulayın. Kendi işinizin sorumluluğu sizde kalır.
1. Koşulların kabulü
Carpenza'yı kurarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın. Uygulamayı 2k Dijital yayımlar.
2. Uygulama ne yapar
Carpenza ahşap ve inşaat hesapları yapar: kalas ayağı, kereste hacmi, tomruk ölçümü, merdiven, teras, mertek, pergola, kesim optimizasyonu ve benzeri işler. Ayrıca proje, müşteri ve kütük defteri kaydetmenizi sağlar. Bazı özellikler ücretli pakete tabidir.
3. Sonuçlar için garanti verilmez
Doğruluk için çok çalışıyor, hesaplayıcıları gerçek sektör verilerine karşı sınıyoruz. Yine de uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur, hiçbir türde garanti verilmez. Özellikle:
- Sonuçlar tümüyle girdiğiniz değerlere bağlıdır. Yanlış girdi yanlış çıktı verir.
- Ağaç türü verileri, randıman tabloları ve ölçüm kuralları bölgeye, fabrikaya ve sınıflandırma standardına göre değişir.
- Fotoğrafla tomruk sayımı ve fiyat listesi tarama, makine öğrenmesiyle üretilen tahminlerdir. Zaman zaman yanılırlar. Sayımı mutlaka kendiniz kontrol edin.
- Uygulamadaki hiçbir şey yapısal mühendislik tavsiyesi değildir. Yük taşıyan işler yetkin bir uzman tarafından doğrulanmalı ve yerel mevzuata uygun olmalıdır.
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; malzeme firesi, maliyet aşımı, yapı kusuru, yaralanma veya bu uygulamanın kullanımından doğan doğrudan ya da dolaylı hiçbir zarardan sorumlu değiliz.
4. Hesabınız
Giriş isteğe bağlıdır ve bulut yedeği için kullanılır. Google veya Apple hesabınızın güvenliğini korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz: bkz. veri silme sayfası.
5. İçeriğiniz
Projeleriniz, müşteri kayıtlarınız ve kütük defterleriniz size aittir. Bunlar üzerinde mülkiyet iddia etmiyoruz. Müşterilerinizin iletişim bilgileri gibi üçüncü kişilere ait kişisel bilgileri saklama hakkına sahip olmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
6. Ücretli paketler ve iade
Ücretli paketler Google Play üzerinden satılır ve Google'ın ödeme ile iade politikalarına tabidir. Abonelikler iptal edilene kadar yenilenir; iptal Google Play abonelik ayarlarından yapılır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak aboneliği iptal etmez. Ödemeleri biz işlemiyoruz ve doğrudan iade yapamıyoruz.
7. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterilir. Herhangi bir ücretli paket bunları kaldırır. Reklam ağının ne aldığı için gizlilik politikasına bakın.
8. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmayın, yeniden satmayın, dağıtmayın ve hukuka aykırı işlerde kullanmayın. Eşitleme servisini kötüye kullanan hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
9. Değişiklik ve erişilebilirlik
Özellikleri değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Koşullar esaslı biçimde değiştiğinde bu sayfayı güncelleriz. Çevrimdışı hesaplama, sunucularımızdan bağımsız çalışmaya devam eder.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin hukukunda feragat edilemeyen tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

Terms of Service
Read this part even if you skip the rest. Carpenza is a calculation aid, not an engineering authority. Verify every result before you cut material, price a job, or build anything that carries load. You remain responsible for your own work.
1. Accepting these terms
By installing or using Carpenza you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is published by 2k Dijital.
2. What the app does
Carpenza performs woodworking and construction calculations: board feet, lumber volume, log scaling, stairs, decks, rafters, pergolas, cut optimisation and related tasks. It also lets you save projects, customers and log books. Some features require a paid tier.
3. No warranty on results
We work hard on accuracy and test our calculators against real industry figures. Even so, the app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In particular:
- Results depend entirely on the values you enter. Wrong input gives wrong output.
- Species data, yield tables and scaling rules vary by region, mill and grading standard.
- Photo-based lumber counting and price-list scanning are estimates produced by machine learning. They will sometimes be wrong. Always check the count yourself.
- Nothing in the app is structural engineering advice. Load-bearing work must be verified by a qualified professional and must comply with your local building code.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for material waste, cost overruns, construction defects, injury, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this app.
4. Your account
Signing in is optional and used for cloud backup. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure. You may delete your account at any time: see the data deletion page.
5. Your content
Your projects, customer records and log books are yours. We claim no ownership over them. You are responsible for having the right to store any personal information you enter about third parties, such as your customers' contact details.
6. Paid tiers and refunds
Paid tiers are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google's payment and refund policies. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel in the Google Play subscription settings. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Ads
The free version shows ads. Purchasing any paid tier removes them. See the privacy policy for what the ad network receives.
8. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and do not use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the sync service.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will update this page when the terms change materially. Offline calculation continues to work regardless of our servers.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing here limits any consumer right you have that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
