Gizlilik Politikası
Bu belge yalnızca Carpenza'nın Android ve iOS uygulamasını kapsar. Uygulama Google Play'de şu an Wood Calculator adıyla listeli ve incelemeden geçmediği için mağazada geçici olarak paket adıyla görünebilir. Aynı uygulamadan söz ediyoruz; paket adı yukarıda yazılı.
Kısa özet
- Uygulama tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır. Her hesap cihazınızda yapılır.
- Giriş yapmak zorunlu değildir. Hiç giriş yapmazsanız projeleriniz, müşterileriniz ve ölçüleriniz telefonunuzdan çıkmaz.
- Ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterilir ve anonim kullanım ölçümü yapılır.
- Kamera ve mikrofon yalnızca sizin açtığınız özelliklerin içinde çalışır. Fotoğraflar cihazınızda işlenir, hiçbir zaman yüklenmez.
- Verinizi satmayız. Aşağıda sayılan Google servisleri dışında kimseyle paylaşmayız.
1. Biz kimiz
Carpenza'yı 2k Dijital yayımlar. Gizlilikle ilgili her soru ve talep için muratcopist@gmail.com. Burada anlatılan işleme faaliyetinin veri sorumlusu biziz.
2. Uygulama neyi topluyor
2.1 Hiç giriş yapmazsanız
Yazdığınız her şey cihazınızdaki yerel veritabanında kalır: projeler, kayıtlı hesaplar, müşteri kayıtları, kütük defterleri, birim tercihi, dil, tema. Biz bunları okuyamayız ve bize yedeklenmez. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.
İnternet üzerinden yine de iki şey olur:
- Kullanım ölçümü. Firebase Analytics; hangi ekranı açtığınız, hangi hesaplayıcıyı kullandığınız ve ücretli pakette olup olmadığınız gibi anonim olayları kaydeder. Girdiğiniz sayıları veya projelerinizin içeriğini almaz.
- Reklamlar. Google AdMob banner reklam gösterir ve cihazınızın reklam kimliğini kullanır. Bkz. bölüm 5.
2.2 Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız
Giriş yalnızca bulut yedeklemesi ve işinizi başka bir cihazda geri yükleyebilmek için gerekir. Bu durumda elimizde şunlar bulunur:

Bunlar Google Cloud Firestore'da kullanıcı kimliğinizin altında saklanır. Güvenlik kuralları her belgeyi yalnızca sahibi olan hesaba açar; uygulamanın başka hiçbir kullanıcısı verinizi okuyamaz.
Girdiğiniz müşteri kayıtları hakkında. Müşteri özelliği kendi müşterileriniz için ad, telefon, e-posta, adres ve serbest not kaydetmenize izin verir. Bu bilgiler, bu uygulamanın kullanıcısı olmayan gerçek kişilere aittir. Bu özelliği kullanıyorsanız, o kişilerin bilgilerini saklamak için hukuki dayanağa sahip olmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır ve o bilgilerin veri sorumlusu sizsiniz. Biz bunları yalnızca saklayıp size geri vermek için işleriz; analitik, reklam veya profilleme amacıyla kullanmayız.
3. Uygulamanın istediği izinler

Kamera ve mikrofon izni o özelliği ilk kullandığınız anda istenir. Vermezseniz uygulama çalışmaya devam eder, yalnızca o iki özelliği kullanamazsınız.
4. Üçüncü taraf servisler
Aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanıyoruz. Hepsi Google tarafından işletiliyor.

5. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob üzerinden banner reklam gösterilir. AdMob, reklamları seçmek ve ölçmek için cihazınızın reklam kimliğini kullanabilir. Bu kimliği istediğiniz zaman sıfırlayabilirsiniz:
- Android: Ayarlar → Google → Tüm hizmetler → Reklamlar
- iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme
Herhangi bir ücretli paketi satın almak reklamları tamamen kaldırır.
6. Veriyi ne kadar saklıyoruz
- Cihazınızda: uygulama içinden silene ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar.
- Firestore'daki eşitlenmiş veri: siz silene ya da hesabınızın silinmesini talep edene kadar.
- Ölçümleme olayları: Firebase Analytics tarafından en fazla 14 ay tutulur, sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
7. Verinizi silmek
- Yerel veri: uygulama içinde Ayarlar → Tüm Verileri Sil, veya uygulamayı kaldırın.
- Hesap ve eşitlenmiş veri: giriş yaptığınız adresten muratcopist@gmail.com adresine "hesap silme" konusuyla yazın. 30 gün içinde siler, e-postayla teyit ederiz. Ayrıntılı yönerge veri silme sayfasında.
8. Haklarınız
Yaşadığınız yere göre verinize erişme, düzeltme, taşıma veya sildirme; işlemeye itiraz etme veya sınırlandırma; ve denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma haklarınız olabilir. Yazın, 30 gün içinde dönüş yapalım. Bunların çoğu zaten uygulamanın içinde: eşitlenmiş verinizi görebilir, düzenleyebilir, PDF veya CSV olarak dışa aktarabilirsiniz.
9. Çocuklar
Carpenza inşaat ve ahşap işleri için profesyonel bir araçtır. Çocuklara yönelik değildir, hedef kitlesi 18 yaş ve üzeridir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız yazın, silelim.
10. Yurt dışı aktarım
Firebase ve AdMob Google tarafından işletilir ve veriyi ülkenizin dışındaki sunucularda, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil, işleyebilir. Google bu aktarımlar için Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri'ne dayanır.
11. Güvenlik
Uygulama ile Google servisleri arasındaki trafik TLS kullanır. Bulut verisi, her belgeyi onu oluşturan hesaba bağlayan Firestore güvenlik kurallarıyla korunur. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz güvenli değildir, ancak kendi sunucumuzu veya veritabanımızı işletmiyoruz; bu bütün bir risk sınıfını ortadan kaldırıyor.
12. Değişiklikler
Uygulamanın veriyi ele alış biçimi değişirse bu sayfayı güncelleyip tarihi değiştiririz. Esaslı değişiklikler ayrıca sürüm notlarında duyurulur.

Privacy Policy
This document covers the Carpenza Android and iOS application only. The app is currently listed on Google Play as Wood Calculator, and until it has been reviewed the store may show the package name instead of the app name. It is the same app; the package name is above.
The short version
- The app works fully offline. Every calculation runs on your device.
- Signing in is optional. If you never sign in, none of your projects, customers or measurements leave your phone.
- The free version shows ads and we measure anonymous usage.
- Camera and microphone run only inside the features you open yourself. Photos are analysed on your device and are never uploaded.
- We do not sell your data. We share it with nobody except the Google services listed below.
1. Who we are
Carpenza is published by 2k Dijital. For any privacy question or request, write to muratcopist@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the processing described here.
2. What the app collects
2.1 If you never sign in
Everything you type stays in a local database on your device: projects, saved calculations, customer records, log books, unit preference, language, theme. We cannot read it and it is not backed up to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Two things still happen over the internet:
- Usage analytics. Firebase Analytics records anonymous events such as which screen you opened, which calculator you used, and whether you are on a paid tier. It does not receive the numbers you enter or the contents of your projects.
- Ads. Google AdMob serves banner ads and uses your device's advertising identifier. See section 5.
2.2 If you sign in with Google or Apple
Signing in is only needed for cloud backup and restoring your work on another device. We then hold:

This is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your user ID. Security rules restrict every document to the account that owns it; no other user of the app can read your data.
About the customer records you enter. The customer feature lets you save a name, phone number, email address, postal address and free-text notes for your own clients. That information belongs to real people who are not users of this app. If you use this feature, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to store their details, and you act as the controller of that information. We process it only to store it and hand it back to you, never for analytics, advertising or profiling.
3. Permissions the app asks for

Camera and microphone are requested the first time you use the feature. The app works without granting them; you simply cannot use those two features.
4. Third-party services
We use the following processors. All of them are operated by Google.

Google's own handling of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
The free version shows banner ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to select and measure ads. You can reset it at any time:
- Android: Settings → Google → All services → Ads
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Buying any paid tier removes ads entirely.
6. How long we keep data
- On your device: until you delete it in the app or uninstall.
- Synced data in Firestore: until you delete it, or until you ask us to delete your account.
- Analytics events: retained by Firebase Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
7. Deleting your data
- Local data: Settings → Delete All Data inside the app, or uninstall the app.
- Account and synced data: email muratcopist@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "account deletion". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Full instructions on the data deletion page.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. Most of these are also available directly in the app: your synced data is visible there, editable, and exportable as PDF or CSV.
9. Children
Carpenza is a professional tool for construction and woodworking. It is not directed at children, its target audience is 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Firebase and AdMob are operated by Google and process data on servers that may be outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for those transfers.
11. Security
Traffic between the app and Google's services uses TLS. Cloud data is protected by Firestore security rules that tie every document to the account that created it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not operate our own servers or databases, which removes an entire class of risk.
12. Changes
If we change how the app handles data we will update this page and change the date. Material changes will also be announced in the app's release notes.
